Clutch this for Dear Life!

A clutch has become quite the staple in a fashionable girl's closet and it seems to always be the final puzzle piece when looking to create the perfect outfit.  While searching for a statement clutch, I came across Edie Parker, a line of vintage-style acrylic bags that were inspired by 50's and 60's socialites and showgirls.  The line is full of sparkle and anything but ordinary.  There are four styles of clutches, yet the color and glitter choices will keep you coming back for more.

Biker Babe...

My vacation week on the Cape is sadly coming to an end and when that last moment hits I will be riding into the sunset on one of these babies... tears streaming down the face and all - what's more bad ass than that?

Girl Crush: Jessica Stam

Not only do I love Jessica Stam for how gorgeous she is, but lets just add to the list being uber chic in real life too.  After perusing Derek Blasberg's blog I came across this gorg image of Jessica at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic donning a gorgeous Maison Michel veiled straw hat - a vision of glamour...

Dress up your iPhone

I'm not one to dress in bright, elaborate styles - you can typically find me in the New York City uniform... black, black, black... when it comes to my iPhone it gives me a chance to be a bit more playful with my color and pattern choices, especially adding jewels and lots of hardware... one might say I walk a tight line right on the edge of tacky with my iPhone cases, but hey how else can you be fashionable while showing your quirky personality!? See some cases I'm loving...

1. Channel your inner rocker with this studded case by Jagger Edge $109
2. The shinier the better with this kaleidoscope jeweled case $38

Anchors Away

I'm getting cabin fever here in my cubicle this week, waiting patiently for Sunday to come when I'm on my way up to Cape Cod.  Cape Cod, if you've never been, has a chic cottage feel and of course a nautical energy and what's more nautical than anchors!  Anchors are everywhere this season from high to low end, there is something for everyone at every price point.

1.  Jcrew's sequin anchor tank is super chic $98

3.  Not gung-ho for the anchor theme?  Opt or small touches with this Yves St. Laurent anchor charm belt $665
4.  In love with this anchor cut out swimsuit by Yves St. Laurent $795
5.  Anthropologie does it right with a touch of sparkle to accompany their anchors $148
6.  The Sasha satchel with navy anchor print will come in handy with the summer's nautical theme $99.42
7.  This rustic cuff by EVOCATEUR may be my favorite of the bunch $324
8.  What's a stripe without an anchor?  The J. Renee flat is perfectly accompanied by old school sailor motif $84.95
9.  This tank dress tackles the trends for summer - neon, tribal and anchors what else could you ask for!  $48.99

Mua Mua Dolls

While visiting a fashion showroom in NYC (per the day job) I came across these adorable crocheted dolls.  I started asking more and trying to guess who was who and really fell in love with the cheekiness of these Mua Mua dolls.  The line was created by Ludovica Virga while she was vacationing in Bali - while strolling the beach she came across a woman crocheting bikini's and the two joined forces - Mua Mua was born.  The line of dolls has everyone from President Barack Obama to Karl Lagerfeld.  Below are my favorites from the line and lucky enough Nordstrom will be carrying the line starting this June.  For more information on the brand and to see the entire collection of dolls visit Mua Mua
