Hats off to you...
I'm not sure why wearing crazy hats is appropriate in England and not here in the US, but I'm severely jealous. Who wouldn't want to walk around with this amazing head garb on? Ms. Kate Middleton uses the famous Philip Treacy for her hats and since this week is all Kate, I wanted to share some of the hats I loved...
